Welcome to the Flowers by Forget Me Not website terms and conditions. By using this website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you.

Delivery Information

Flowers by Forget Me Not delivers within a radius of 15 miles of Black Notley in Essex. Other locations by prior arrangement.

Flowers will be delivered from Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am and 6pm. We do not deliver on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.

Any Delivery charges are stated when placing your order.

Please make sure when placing your order that you have given us the full postal address of the recipient, any special instructions and your contact details including mobile or daytime telephone number. (Special Instructions includes deliveries to hospitals, hotels and offices).

In some circumstances, for example, when delivering to some business addresses, hospitals or universities, we may not be able to deliver the flowers directly to the intended recipient. Please note that these circumstances are outside our control. In this case, we will deliver to the reception area or post room and (where possible) obtain a signature from the receptionist (or equivalent). This signature will be our record of delivery.

Substitution Policy

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute some of the contents or packaging with an item of equal or greater value. The substituted items will closely match the original choice. Should we feel that the order cannot be processed due to lack of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative.

Terms & Conditions of Delivery

We will always endeavour to deliver your flowers within the proposed allocated time slot and in perfect condition.

We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries that result from a problem with the address and/or postcode you provide at the time of order placement, if the delivery was refused by the recipient or the fact that the recipient no longer lives at the address provided.

We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by the customer due to failed deliveries. If the recipient is not in upon delivery, we will leave the flowers with the nearest neighbour and put a note through the door to inform them where they can collect them from. If you prefer us not to do this please say so at the time of ordering.

Amendment / Cancellation of Order

If you would like to amend or cancel the order please notify us by telephone, 48 hours before the delivery date.

For a Wedding, the terms and conditions specified in the contract will apply.

Returns Policy

Due to their perishable nature flowers are non returnable, however if your flower delivery is incorrect or damaged or you are not satisfied with the quality of your bouquet, please call Flowers by Forget Me Not direct on 07713 172 780. We will endeavour to exchange your goods within 24 hours or offer a full refund.
